2 bananas
1. Either freeze the bananas whole or peel and chop and freeze in freezer
bags.
2. Remove bananas from the freezer about 10 minutes before you’re ready to
eat.
3. Peel the whole bananas and pop them in your food processor, or put them in
a small dish and use your immersion blender.
4. Whizz until you have smooth creamy texture. It may take a little while if
your bananas are too frozen so be patient!
