I asked her for her recipe and I could never get it the way she made it so I was on the hunt to find one that I really liked.
I came a crossed this one a few months ago and this was just amazing! Very good! My kids are very good at eating there veggies but with a little dip they will eat them a lot better and will eat a lot more of them! We make this about once every two weeks! Also my husband is not a fan of trying new things and I told him that he should try this because he will like it and sure enough he really enjoyed it too!

Ingredients:
- 1 (15 ounce) cangarbanzo beans, drained, liquid reserved
- 1 clovegarlic, crushed.
- 2 teaspoonsground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoonolive oil
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor combine
garbanzo beans, garlic, cumin, salt and olive oil. Blend on low speed,
gradually adding reserved bean liquid, until desired consistency is
achieved.
